Responsibilities:1. Through an understanding of the business strategy and engagement with the business leaders, translate the business requirements and challenges into relevant HR actions and initiatives.2. Supports organizational changes (restructuring, mergers, acquisitions and divestments) providing appropriate solutions to the business from the HR perspective.3. Enable and co-drive business managers to develop talents for the sake of formulating strong talent pipeline together with OD function.4. Drive employee engagement and managers’leadership improvement to support business growth.5. Heshe contributes to HR marketingemployer branding thus ensuring that Jollychic will be an employer of choice in the relevant functions in the local legal entity or at the specific site organization.6. Provides HR perspectives on their relevant business operations and consult with local management on HR implications on the strategies. Support local management in communicating HR issues properly to employees and employees representatives.7. Counsels and supports business managers in the resolution of specific individual local HR issues; e.g.disciplinary actions incl. face-to -face meetings with managersemployeeworks council representatives, application of lay-off incl. negotiation of severance payments.8. Helps local management to align their operations and employee capabilities to the overall strategic directions and the mid-to-long term needs of the local operations(Human Capital Management).Qualification:Education: Preferably a university degree or equivalent, especially with the main focus on Human Resources; English language should be fluent both in the spoken and written form. Skillsexperiences: Knowledge about the local legal employment conditions and those of the legal entity or specific site organization; Experience and proven track record in working across the core HR functions with specific experience in one expert HR field; Ability to collaborate in the 3 pillars: Shared Service Center, Business Partner, Center of Expertise; Professional leadership experience; Knowledge of the Jollychic Group organization and processes; Role model for the Jollychic CREATE Value Team-oriented leadership skills honed through experience with seniormanagement; Communications strategy and massaging skills with the ability to build long term partnerships with internal management and staff, including the various relevant representatives of workers groups and external stakeholders; Experienced in multidisciplinary project and corresponding change management; Capability to work in a multicultural environment and advantage; Good understanding of financial impacts derived from HR decisions andpolicies; General business acumen; Take a strong stand with management if required.
